David has worked in offshore renewables since 2013, joining the Muir Mhòr project team from his previous role at SSE Renewables. He has supported and influenced many wide industry initiatives within the Scottish and UK offshore wind sector. Since 2018 he has been actively involved at a steering group level in Scottish and North East Supply Chain clusters.
Nikki has over 12 years public and private sector experience in the offshore wind sector and has expertise in project economics, stakeholder engagement, policy and strategy development, public affairs and communications. She is passionate about community benefit, skills and supply chain development, working to leverage maximum benefit from offshore wind development for local communities and the wider Scottish and UK economies. Nikki sat on the Steering Committee of the Forth and Tay Offshore Cluster.
Erin is a business management and international energy economics graduate. She joined X-Academy in 2021 gaining experience in oil and gas and renewable energy storage projects before joining Fred. Olsen Seawind as a secondee in April 2022. In this role she works across project development, cost control, supply chain and stakeholder engagement on the Muir Mhòr Offshore Wind Farm project.
Andrew has 11 years of experience across the entire development frame of offshore wind projects, with a previous focus on foundations and IAC, covering design, fabrication, transportation, installation and operations. He has worked on 10 previous offshore wind farms across the UK, Europe & Taiwan. Andrew covers all technical packages as well as consenting and grid. He is actively involved in supply chain development and is also a STEM Ambassador.
Marc has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector, having worked in numerous marine and offshore renewables roles for the past 17 years. Marc has joined the Muir Mhòr project team from Scottish Power Renewables, where he was a Senior Project Manager working on ScotWind projects. He is experienced in site development, EIA, consents and O&M compliance.
John is a land specialist with a background in consultancy, ranging different sectors, including renewables, hydrogen production and transmission & distribution. His academic background is in UK town planning (Msc in Urban & Regional Planning) and is also a chartered town planner with the RTPI. In terms of developing the onshore energy infrastructure for Muir Mhòr, John will be responsible for stakeholder identification and engagement, as well as statutory processes for consenting these elements.
Helen has 30 years’ experience in the Scottish renewables and energy sector. She joined Fred. Olsen Seawind in December 2021, and works across Fred. Olsen Seawind’s offshore operations in Scotland and Ireland. Helen started her career at Friends of the Earth Scotland where she edited the Safe Energy Journal.
Precious has spent the past 19 years in various roles in the energy business in Africa, Europe and United States. His experience cuts across power generation, upstream oil and gas exploration, technical training and energy policy. Precious has joined Fred Olsen from SSEN where he was a policy engineer. He is supporting the Muir Mhor project as a grid and regulation manager.
Marie joined the Muir Mhor project to lead our cross-functional technical team in March 2023. With 18 years of project, program and portfolio management and 2 Masters of Engineering, she worked in automobile, aeronautic, logistic industries before joining the renewable energies sector in 2010. She has extensive experience in system engineering and in complex innovative projects.
Stephen has worked in procurement and supply chain management for over 25 years, having worked within the public, construction, agriculture and utilities sectors. Stephen spent the last six years working in senior Procurement and Contract Management roles for ScottishPower, ensuring the successful delivery of both onshore and offshore projects during the development and construction phases in the UK, Europe and USA.
Stian joined Fred Olsen Seawind as PMO Manager in March 2023, after having worked in various roles such as senior project controller, quality manager and project manager, for companies such as Schneider Electric, Siemens, Aker Solutions and DNV. He is passionate about enabling project processes to be smooth, user-friendly and value-adding, and believes that most problems can be mitigated by bringing people together and a well-designed excel sheet. Stian holds an Executive MBA in Management Control from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
